Smile! Wait, I Mean ROAR!

The other day I decided to take some photos of myself with the kids. It seems that every photo is of them, but rarely is there one of me. I guess that's part of being a mamarazzi, you know, the mom equivalent of paparazzi. Let's hope I spelled that right.

Spell check...yep, spelled correctly....moving on....

The kids were enjoying it, but rather than smiling, they thought roaring would be more fun. Imagine that??! Well, Taylor refrained from roaring, maybe my little girl is getting mature....NAH!!! Doubt that.

Oh, and today is my birthday! Riley told me that she didn't want to go to school today because she would miss out on my party and cake. Well, if there really was supposed to be a party with cake this morning, Hayden is seriously procrastinating on getting my party started! I guess you just can't depend on a four year old to put a party together.

Taylor told me happy birthday, and then proceeded to say with a devious smile, "Oh, Happy 39th birthday, Mom!" I then proceeded to tell her that she needed to correct my age or she could forfeit her allowance. She quickly fixed it. Hey, let's not make me any older than I need to be.
