Over the summer, we headed up to Maine to visit Greg's mom, Bobbie. We spent nearly three weeks soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the cool breezes. It was so nice to be able to go outside and not pass out from the heat, as we typically do here in Florida.
On one Friday afternoon, we were sitting outside playing in the yard and a rain cloud came through. Immediately, I wanted the kids to come inside, but thankfully, Greg took over and let them run around in the rain. And honestly, they had the best time. Kids should be allowed to be kids, because once they reach adulthood, it's all about bills, mortgages, car payments, and careers. So might as well let them have a little fun in the rain. Right?
