Sisters!

I hope my daughters grow up to be best friends. They can get pretty catty with one another, but in the end, I know they love each other very much. I watch Taylor help Riley with her rookie reader books, helping her to pronounce new words. I see Riley sharing her favorite candy with Taylor when she knows it's her last piece. They both love to play Angry Birds Space with each other, and they actually take turns! Riley will sit and watch Taylor play Webkinz on the computer and Taylor will show her little sister how to play. Lately they have been playing "Mom and Baby" where Riley is the mom and Taylor is the baby. Taylor is finally allowing Riley to wear some of her clothes, which is a big deal. Clothes sharing was off limits just a few months ago. They still share a room, and I'm wondering how long it will be, or if there will come a time when they want their own private space. While I can manage setting up another bedroom in this house, although it would mean clearing out one of the rooms, I'm hoping they stay together a few more years. Considering Taylor can be a scaredy-cat when it comes to lights out at night, I think she'll gladly share her room with her I need it pitch black to go to sleep sister.
