This Christmas, my brother and his wife came to visit for three days. Roger and DJ arrived on Christmas Eve and stayed through until Sunday. The kids LOVED having their aunt and uncle spend the holiday with them, and fortunately for my brother and sister-in-law, they adapted quite well to being with three lively children. Hayden even ran in their room very early Sunday morning and did his rooster impersonation. Honestly, it was nice to have the kids run into someone else's room rather than mine; I love that extra sleep!
Greg made an amazing Christmas dinner. When he told me what he was cooking, I think I looked at him like a deer in headlights. Pot roast. Blech! However...it was delicious! I've never had a pot roast like that one. AND!!! I was happily eating the leftovers.
Sunday was a lazy day and their last day here in Tampa. I took them back to the airport that afternoon for their flight back to Austin (via San Antonio). Turns out that flights in and out of San Antonio can be a lot cheaper. Good to know for me!
Enjoy all the photos! Blogger is not working correctly, so I can't edit things the way I want. The first photo is the kids writing their letters to Santa. The rest of the photos are self-explanatory.
