Uncle Roger and Aunt DJ decided that my girls needed to learn the importance of saving money, so they sent them "Paint Your Own Piggy Banks." After we put down A LOT of newspaper and cleared the table, we let the girls loose with paint. Taylor had fun painting her pig orange with purple spots, while Riley just wanted to paint gobules on her pig. Of course, being the big sister that Taylor is, she decided she needed to help Riley since she was getting annoyed by Riley's lack of painting skills. But I think her artistic expression showed through.
Both girls have already been saving their pennies, nickels and dimes. I have even seen a few quarters going in the pigs. Now we need to get a pig for Hayden so he can start saving for his own diapers! Those things are expensive!! Enjoy the photos!
