The Arrival

Here's the newest (and last!) addition to our family which creates the Belkin Five. Hayden Dennis was born November 5th, 2007 at 4:26am. He was 8 pounds 9 ounces and was said to be 22 1/2 inches long. However, at his next doctor visit, he must have shrunk because they said he was 20 1/2 inches long. Then, two days later, he was measured at 21 1/2 inches. So we'll just say he was somewhere around there.

Big sisters, Taylor and Riley, are excited to have a little one in the house. Except Riley keeps going into his bassinett to steal his pacifier. Suprisingly, the baby crying doesn't seem to bother them as much as it makes me cringe. Although I'm started to get used to it. But he is a great baby. He doesn't fuss much and stays mellow a lot of the time. Well, I spoke to soon because he is screaming now! Must be feeding time.
